This amount can do a lot of good if used smartly. It could train teachers, supply classrooms, and give students better learning materials etc. But the risk is real: without accountability, most of it could get swallowed by bureaucracy or one-size-fits-all programs. The grant can only succeed if it’s paired with local community oversight, adaptive teaching methods, and evaluation systems that measure real understanding. Otherwise, it’s just another fund that looks good on paper but doesn’t change lives.
