For Punjab government school teachers who need their monthly salary slip, you can download it yourself from the HRMS portal instead of visiting the accounts office. Log in to HRMS Punjab with your CNIC and password, open the Payroll or Salary section, choose the month, and download or print the slip.
If you cannot log in, use the Forgot Password option with your registered mobile number, or ask your school's HRMS focal person to confirm that your record is active.
It is a good habit to save a copy every month, as the slip is often needed for loan applications, GP fund matters, and income tax filing. Hope this helps fellow teachers.
